Rahway’s Taste of Spring Returns: A Culinary Extravaganza in Downtown Rahway on April 5
Mayor Raymond A. Giacobbe, the Rahway City Council, and the City of Rahway’s Special Improvement District are thrilled to announce the return of Rahway’s Taste of Spring, the premier Restaurant Tasting Event in Downtown Rahway. This highly anticipated event will take place on Friday, April 5th, and promises an evening filled with delectable dishes, exquisite wines, and lively entertainment.
Now in its 21st year, Rahway’s Taste of Spring has earned a reputation as the largest tasting event of its kind in the NJ/NY Metro Area. Attendees can expect to indulge in culinary delights from over 40 eateries and bakeries, as well as enjoy offerings from 40 stations featuring national distributors of fine wine, boutique beers, and aperitifs.

“With live music, good food, wines, and beers from all over the world, Rahway’s Taste of Spring is the place to be this April,” said Mayor Raymond A. Giacobbe. “This event celebrates Rahway’s vibrant culinary scene and brings the community together for an unforgettable evening.”
