Mac and Cheese Mayhem
March 5, 11AM – 7PM
“Mac” your calendars! Your dreams have come true. It’s Going To Get Really Cheeeesy on March 5, 2022 at the Morristown Armory!.The Mac and Cheese Mayhem features local chefs and restaurants cooking up variations of mac & cheese while competing for the best mac in town. Be there to try everything for yourself and don’t forget to cast your vote for the Mac Daddy Award.
A comfort-food-filled-family-fun day with various other activities including music, beer, margaritas & sangria available for purchase, vendors & kids activities, hatchet throwing, petting zoo, face painting, sand art & a fun-filled family day.
Food vendors will be selling small plates, so come as a group and taste all the mouth-watering, cheesy goodness and vote for your favorite. This is an indoor event…rain or shine. Open to the public.

Mermaids Opening Weekend at the Adventure Aquarium

Progressive® Insurance Atlantic City Boat Show® presented by Discover Boating

The Progressive Insurance Atlantic City Boat Show®, presented by Discover Boating, returns to the Atlantic City Convention Center March 2-6, 2022 welcoming nautical novices, seasoned sailors and water lovers an all-access pass to discover why life is better on a boat. With more than 415,000 new boat owners taking to the water in the last two years, demand for boating remains at an all-time high.
After a year hiatus due to COVID, attendees are invited to celebrate the homecoming of this annual boating tradition as they see and shop the most comprehensive selection of boats and gear in the area, learn new skills, and connect with fellow boating enthusiasts.

The 9th Annual Highlands Guinness Run
March 5, 2PM
The race will begin at Off the Hook, where contestants will fill their cup and race to Grand Tour and back to Off the Hook. The contestant with the most liquid in their cup at the finish line, wins the 1st Place trophy and $100 in Bid Bucks. 2nd Place will receive a $50 Bid Buck.
Easy online registration or you can register the day of the event at Off the Hook, starting at 1 pm.

Cost: Registration is $40 and includes a commemorative t-shirt, a Guinness Pint Glass (for the first 100 applicants) and access to the Post-Race Party at Off the Hook with complimentary appetizers and Guinness Beer.
The 24th Annual Cranbury Craft Show
March 5 & 6
The event kicks off with more than 100 exhibitors. Artisans showcasing their amazing talents and a fun shopping experience. The show is family-friendly, featuring a wide-range of handmade items: jewelry, art, photography, pottery, candles, pet apparel, clothing, toys, gourmet foods, candy, desserts, and more. Proceeds benefit the Cranbury Education Foundation.

Maple Sugaring Fest at Reeves-Reed Arboretum
March 6, 1PM – 4PM
Enjoy a brisk winter afternoon learning the steps involved in turning tree sap into delicious maple syrup. The whole family will enjoy spending the day outdoors, hiking on trails, and partaking in a Maple Sugaring Challenge! Also enjoy some hot chocolate, maple vendors, and more. It’s going to be a sweet day. This event will be held rain or shine; no refunds.

Cost: Maple Sugaring Fest is FREE for RRA Members and children under 3. The cost for Non-Members is $5 per person, $25 maximum per family.
Maple Sugaring Open House
March 6, 2 Sessions
Come to Schiff to experience this hands-on demonstration of maple sugar production with members of Schiff’s educational staff and Board. The tradition of maple sugaring began centuries ago with the Native Americans and early settlers and continues today as homeowners learn to identify, tap, and process the sap of Maple trees. The educational presentation will explain the history of maple sugaring, the seasonal life cycle of the sugar maple tree, and how 100% real maple syrup is made from finding and tapping the tree. Following the educational program, enthusiasts can view the wood-fired evaporator at work and then move on to sample the final product. Of course, the best part is tasting fresh syrup and tasty treats made from our own Schiff maple syrup. An optional two-mile field walk to the working maple grove will be offered to see the tapping and collection operation.
