Springtime in New Jersey means the arrival of blooming tulips, and the opportunity to pick your own bouquet of these colorful flowers is a beloved tradition in the Garden State. If you’re looking to enjoy a day out in nature and bring home some beautiful tulips, read on to learn more about tulip picking in New Jersey.
When planning your tulip-picking excursion, it’s important to remember a few tips. First, make sure to check the farm’s website or call ahead to confirm that the flowers are in bloom and ready for picking. It’s also a good idea to wear comfortable shoes and clothes that can get dirty, as you’ll be walking through fields and possibly kneeling to pick flowers. Finally, don’t forget to bring a basket or bag to carry your tulips home!
