Montville Independence Day Celebration

The Funplex Mount Laurel Presents: The First Sensory-Friendly World’s Largest Swimming Lesson™
June 26, 8 am – 11 am

For the first time ever, The Funplex Mount Laurel hosts two experiences in support of The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson™, offering a sensory-friendly lesson in its own pool (8-11 a.m., The Island) as well as a lesson for children without sensory-friendly needs (9-11 a.m.). Families in and around the region are invited to participate in this global initiative to raise awareness about drowning prevention and give kids the skills to swim safely. The Funplex Mount Laurel proudly makes this day accessible to families with sensory considerations by offering quieter spaces, a designated lesson area, instructors experienced in sensory-friendly interactions and instruction, and access to the park’s Sensory Room. Swim lessons are in group format, free, and will last approximately 30 minutes.

LSC After Dark: Psychadelic Solstice

Beardfest is a festival that celebrates the creative spirit in all of us. Lunar Faire Night Market 5 Year Anniversary: Goth Prom!

Lunar Faire’s 5‑Year Anniversary Goth Prom is a one‑night extravaganza celebrating half a decade of its signature witchy-wonder night market. Held on Friday, June 27 from 5 PM to 10 PM in Burlington County, this event combines a moody, dance‑floor “goth prom” party with the eclectic shopping, curiosities and community magic that have defined the Faire. Attendees can explore a Potions Lab, browse dust‑veiled vendors offering weird and witchy goods, and move to the beat in an atmosphere described as both magical and joyful.

Annual North Beach Atlantic City Fireworks Celebration
June 27, 6 pm – 9 pm

Hosted in partnership with Fireworks by Grucci, America’s First Family of Fireworks, the event will be free and open to the public and will feature several viewing locations throughout the north end of the boardwalk, including: Steel Pier, Resorts Casino Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, Showboat, and Ocean Casino Resort. Tennessee Avenue restaurants are also sponsoring the celebration. Live music, drink specials, and other activations can be found from 6 to 9 p.m. across the North Beach boardwalk area prior to the fireworks.

Rock, Ribs and Ridges Festival

Now in its 15th year, the festival pairs a stacked lineup of southern rock legends — including George Thorogood and the Destroyers, Allman Betts Band, and Grand Funk Railroad — with award-winning BBQ from top pitmasters across North America. Wings & Things: Arts and Crafts Festival Featuring Hot Rods at the Hangar

Wings & Things transforms NASW’s historic WWII-era hangar into a lively, family-friendly celebration of local talent, history, and community. Guests can shop handmade goods from artisan vendors, enjoy face painting, kids’ crafts, and new activities like a Model Airplane Building Workshop. Live music from party band BRECK keeps the energy high, while food trucks, a Beer & Wine Garden, and the popular Hot Rods at the Hangar car display round out the fun. More than a summer festival, Wings & Things is a vital fundraiser supporting NASW’s mission to preserve aviation history.

The Roundhouse Festival
June 28, 10 am – 4 pm

Guests can browse over 100 vendors featuring crafts, art, antiques, artisanal foods, fashion, and more. The festival also includes carnival games hosted by local businesses and non-profits, a wide variety of food trucks, kids’ activities, and live entertainment. A lakeside beer garden, courtesy of The Inn on St. Louis, will serve local brews and wines, with picnic spots set up along the water. Meadowlands Wine Fest

Tickets are now on sale for Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment’s Summer Wine Festival, set to take place rain or shine with all tasting areas tented and guests encouraged to bring rain gear if needed. The event offers a VIP experience from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM for $70, which includes admission, a tasting glass, exclusive VIP tastings, special food offerings, and an extra hour of sampling, limited to 200 guests. General admission runs from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, priced at $45 in advance and $50 on the day of the event, both including admission, a tasting glass, and four hours of sampling. Enjoy live music while waiting for the fireflies to come out, with pony rides available all evening and a special barnyard fun play area open for evening play. Lolly Hopwood will perform for all the young firefly friends, inviting everyone to sing, dance, and play with her interactive and imaginative shows. Pam’s Firefly Tent will offer delicious goodies like grilled chicken, hot dogs, pie, apple cider, donuts, cookies, and apples, with Terhune’s own wine available for adults to sample or buy by the glass in the wine orchard.
