Established in 2004… Riverfest is a street fair celebration of life along the river! Stroll Bridge Street and Sunbeam Park for a fun filled day of live music, art, food, family-friendly activities, and paper boat races with the Frenchtown Vikings, all with an ecologically and sustainability focused lens. Riverdale’s Annual Labor Day Street Fair
September 2, 10 am – 5 pm

Riverdale’s Annual Labor Day Street Fair hosted by the Borough of Riverdale will be held along the Newark Pompton Turnpike from Newbury Place to Cotluss Rd. from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This annual event is held on Labor Day Monday. The street will be closed to vehicle traffic during the event and will be transformed into a giant block party. If you like shopping outdoors then this is the place to be. Quality exhibitors selling a selection of assorted items, a special arts & crafts section, live entertainment, kiddie rides & games, great festival foods & food trucks, and so much more.

Wood Street Fair
September 7, 9 am – 4 pm

Wood Street Fair is a much anticipated annual event which takes place in the midst of the Historic City of Burlington, New Jersey. Brought to you by the Colonial Burlington Foundation, this popular event draws over 25,000 visitors and is comprised of more then 175 of the areas finest artisans and crafters. Tour for free one of New Jersey’s oldest houses, the Revell House (ca. 1685), fabled site of Burlington’s hospitality to Benjamin Franklin. Feast on yummy treats such as Gingerbread, Pumpkin, Blueberry or Cranberry Breads & Gingerbread Men. Tour the Carriage House (ca. 1876) between 11:00am-4:00pm.

Belmar San Gennaro Festival
September 7, 11 am – 6 pm

You don’t have to be of Italian descent to enjoy the Belmar Feast of San Gennaro at the Jersey Shore. This year’s cultural and culinary celebration takes place Saturday, September 7, 2024, in downtown Belmar, New Jersey, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The festival draws thousands of art enthusiasts and visitors from all across the region to stroll through Highland Park and enjoy artistic offerings, live music and other entertainment, food from local restaurants and producers, children’s activities, promotional booths, and much more. Artists, crafters, performers, and vendors are invited to register to participate. Student artists are welcome and invited to participate. Participants in the juried art show display and sell their work under tents along Raritan Avenue.

Elmwood Park’s Community Day with Fireworks
September 14, 11 am – 7 pm
This event is sponsored by the Elmwood Park Recreation Department and will be held along Market Street from 11AM-6PM rain or shine. The Fireworks Show will begin at approximately 7 PM. The street will be closed to vehicle traffic during the event and will be transformed into a giant block party. If you like shopping outdoors then this is the place to be. Fun games & activities…from 10:00 am to 5:00 p.m. Located at the south side train station parking lot on South Ave in the Kids Zone. Free activities, Corn hole games, Soccer goal kicks- Obstacle courses, scavenger hunt, pizza eating, ice cream eating, bubble blowing, water balloon toss, and more! Ridgewood Fall Craft Street Fair
September 15, 11 am – 5 pm

The fair promises an abundance of unique shopping and dining experiences for all. Two hundred exhibitors from three states will be highlighting arts, crafts, and photography along with a large food court set up in front of the park featuring delicious festival foods. To keep the kiddies happy an area with numerous inflatables and kids related activities will be available in the park and on Walnut Street. Music will be playing all day by the park entrance. Produce Pete will be appearing at the fair for a book signing of his newest book. The show is hosted by Ridgewood Parks & Recreation and organized by P.J.’s Promotions. There is free admission and will be held rain for shine.

Rose Squared Art Show Anderson Park
September 21 & 22, 10 am – 5 pm

Rose Squared Art Shows presents more than 130 artisans at Anderson Park, Upper Montclair NJ September 21-22, 2024.
