Warren County Farmers’ Fair and Balloon Festival
July 26 – August 2
The Warren County Farmers Fair featuring the Hot Air Balloon Festival is a cherished family tradition that offers a unique blend of agricultural exhibits and modern entertainment. The event features an array of attractions, including demolition derbies, hay bale rolling in the Agricultural Olympics, and mass hot air balloon launches every evening. Visitors can enjoy tethered balloon rides, carnival rides, and various children’s activities at the Kids Corral. The fair also hosts competitions like the Belvidere FFA Alumni & Supporters Car, Truck & Tractor Show, and numerous home and garden contests. Attendees can experience live entertainment, with performances from local bands, a beer garden, and special events like the Black Cat Hell Riders Stunt Car Show. The fair also honors veterans and seniors with special admission days and activities. With traditional horse shows, 4-H and FFA exhibits, a bustling marketplace, and classic fair food, the Warren County Farmers Fair is a perfect escape to the countryside, celebrating the essence of Americana.

Burlington County Farm Fair

This annual family event promotes agriculture, social life, and youth as well as educating the general public by conducting a yearly agricultural fair with exhibits, livestock, and farm products. The activities include: carnival rides, 4-H events, animals, food, vendors, live entertainment, pig races, tractor pulls and much more. Guests on Opening Night will also be treated to a special fireworks display.

Monmouth County Fair
July 23 – 27
There will be a variety of shows and exhibits, including 4-H showcases, thrilling rides provided by Campy’s Blue Star Amusements, and live music on the main stage. You won’t want to miss Robinson’s Racing Pigs, the Bwana Jim Wildlife Show, and The Raptor Project. For some laughs and impressive skills, check out Hilby the Skinny German Juggle Boy and Aaron Bonk’s Fire, Whips & Danger Tricks. Get ready to be amazed by the Flying Fools High Diving Show and capture fun memories at Goodwin’s Good Time Photo Booth. Additionally, you’ll find living history displays, home and garden demonstrations, and interactive displays by the Monmouth County Park System. Don’t forget to explore the commercial vendors and indulge in delicious food from various vendors.

St. Ann’s Festival
July 23 – 27
Enjoy Italian food like St Ann’s famous zeppole, music, rides, crafts, a beer garden, raffles, and games. Nightly entertainment on 2 stages. Feast Day Mass on July 26 followed by the Procession with a 600-pound statue of St. Ann will be carried through the streets of Hoboken.

LSC After Dark: Wine-o-saurs
July 24, 6 pm – 10:30 pm
Travel back in time 150 million years with the Liberty Science Center on July 24th at #LSCAfterDark Wine-O-Saurs! At this prehistoric party, you’ll dance with dinosaurs, enjoy wine tastings, and dig for fossils. Don’t forget to check out the not-as-old-as-dinosaurs artifacts in the Titanic exhibit, one of the last chances before it sails off.

Gloucester County Fair

The Gloucester County 4-H Fair, held the last full weekend in July, brings the charm of an “old-time country fair” with animal shows, great food, BBQ dinners, and outstanding vendors. The fair offers a variety of family-friendly activities, including a baby parade, baby crawling race, mullet contest, frying pan toss, and tire toss. Visitors can also enjoy live entertainment, agricultural exhibits, and 4-H children’s accomplishments. Highlights include live bands, a miniature horse meet and greet, horse pulls, and dog obedience demonstrations, making it a perfect summer tradition.

Christmas in July

This festive summer celebration offers a unique holiday twist with fun for the whole family. Guests can enjoy live music by Kelsey Brown, free face painting, and a special meet and greet with Mr. & Mrs. Claus inside a cheerfully decorated Hangar #1—perfect for capturing this year’s family Christmas card.Santa will be making a special appearance during his summer vacation in Cape May, adding a touch of North Pole magic to the event. Attendees are encouraged to wear Hawaiian shirts, flip-flops, and plenty of holiday spirit.

Blueberry Summer Fest
July 25, 4 pm – 9 pm
Pick blueberries, take a wagon ride, enjoy locally made blueberry pies, donuts, and cakes, tour the home of The Blueberry Queen, Elizabeth Coleman White, and shop with handmade vendors while listening to music on the Whitesbog stage. This is the last Blueberry Summer Fest of the Year! This week’s theme is the Jersey Devil.

This event features animal shows and exhibits, homemade ice cream, hay rides, pony rides, music magic shows and farm tours. On Saturday, Howell Farm’s 2022 wheat sheaves will be fully dried and ready to be “threshed” to separate the grain and straw. Live music featuring the Jugtown Mountain String Band, Magnolia Street String Band, and Crown Acoustic.

The Manasquan Fireman’s Fair, which began in 1974, is the year’s largest fundraiser for Manasquan Volunteer Engine Company #2.
