COMIC CON IS COMING TO NEWARK, NEW JERSEY SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2015

Guaranteed to Be the Largest Pop Culture Event in New Jersey’s Largest City

Mark Boulding, President of “Newark Comic Con” (www.newarkcomiccon.org) is excited to announce the city of Newark, New Jersey as host for this year’s pop culture extravaganza. The event, which will take place Saturday, September 12, 2015 from the hours of 9:00am to 8:00pm at the Robert Treat Hotel in Newark, will also play host to the “Newark Zombie Walk” the same day. The Zombie walk will take place at Military Park (Downtown Newark).

While this will be the first year Newark is hosting the event, over 5000 people are expected to attend. The event will offer to attendees, Celebrity autographs, Panel discussions, Artist Alley, Anime, Video games, Venders, Comic book dealers, a Cosplay Contest and more. The $35 Tickets to the one day event are available for purchase through the website. “Newark Comic Con” will also be host a Cosplay competition rewarding the winners with cash prizes.
