The Garden State Wine Growers Association, a coalition of more than 60 New Jersey wineries and vineyards dedicated to supporting and advancing the state’s wine industry through advocacy, resources, and education, is pleased to announce its annual Mother’s Day Weekend Wine Trail for 2026.
From May 8 through May 10, guests are invited to gather with family and friends to celebrate Mother’s Day while exploring the unique charm and variety of New Jersey wine country. This beloved annual event offers the perfect opportunity to honor moms and loved ones with memorable experiences across participating wineries statewide.
What to expect during the Mother’s Day Weekend Wine Trail:
– Scenic vineyard settings featuring outdoor seating and live entertainment
– Exclusive Mother’s Day-themed wines and guided tastings
– Food trucks, artisan vendors, fresh flowers, and festive gifts including commemorative wine glasses
– Brunch and lunch offerings, specialty desserts, and curated wine flights
– Cozy gathering spaces with fire pits, market umbrellas, and more

With more than 60 wineries and vineyards located across four distinct American Viticultural Areas—Warren Hills AVA, Cape May Peninsula AVA, Central Delaware Valley AVA, and Outer Coastal Plain AVA—New Jersey offers a winery experience within easy reach for most residents and visitors. Vineyards throughout the state cultivate over 80 grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Sangiovese, Albariño, and Chardonnay, along with a wide selection of fruit wines.
