Jersey City Craft Brew Fest

New Jersey Renaissance Faire

Keyport Garden Walk

The Keyport GardenWalk first started in 2012 and has quickly grown to be one of the top tourist attractions for the historic Borough of Keyport. The Keyport gardeners come together each year to create a peaceful retreat, a colorful oasis, a productive vegetable garden. They showcase their gardens and share their expertise and creativity. Thousands of visitors explore public and private gardens. Crafts in the Park

An exciting shopping experience awaits at the Crafts in the Park Show on Sunday, June 2, from 10 to 5 at picturesque Veterans Park, located at Broadway and 3rd Ave in Westwood, NJ. Visitors can browse the booths of 120 exhibitors from three states displaying a wide variety of arts and crafts. Sponsored by the Westwood Heritage Society and promoted by P.J.’s Promotions, the show features items such as folk art, jewelry, pottery, ceramic sculpture, fairy houses, stained and recycled glass, apparel, chainsaw carvings, decoupage, carpet bags, watercolors, paper tole, florals, tie-dye, mandala art, photography, quilts, charcuterie boards, pencil drawings, and birdhouses. The Lighthouse Film Festival on Long Beach Island, NJ is more than just a film festival, but a unique beach-centric experience like no other. Join for the sun, the sea and the cinema. An event that was recognized twice by MovieMaker magazine as one of “The 25 Coolest Film Festivals in the World”. Annual Bayshore Greek Fest
June 6 – 9

Enjoy a taste of Greek Culture with Greek food, pastry, specialty items, folk dancing, music, rides, games, and prizes. Some of the mouth-watering gourmet menu items include traditional lamb shanks, pastitsio, moussaka, cheese and spinach pies (tiropites and spanakopites) and so much more! Complimenting the food is the culture of Greece. Festival goers will have the chance to partake in and also watch traditional Greek folk dances that are performed by costumed children from the various Kimisis dance groups. It’s time for the 38th Annual Lebanese Festival! Better known as a Mahrajan, this Festival is a great outdoor gathering of families, friends and neighbors for authentic Middle Eastern food, music, dance and culture. Traditional Lebanese foods such as falafel, shawarma (gyro), hummus, spinach pies, tabouhli, stuffed grape leaves and much more will be featured. Annual Flemington Opa! Festival

Stafford Founders Day

This year’s theme is “Red, White & You – Celebrating 275 Years of Stafford Township and Our 60th Founders Day!”! Stafford Founders Day kicks off with a hometown parade at 10 a.m., leaving from the Fire House on Stafford Avenue and heading towards Route 9 North. All other festivities will take place at the Doc Cramer Sports Complex. The event also includes the crowning of Little Miss Stafford, Little Town Crier, Junior Miss Stafford and Miss Stafford. Entertainment will be provided by Ridgemont High. There will be food trucks, vendors and rides. The day will end with a spectacular fireworks display at dusk.

Glassboro’s CommUNITY Day
June 8, 11 am – 3 pm

Glassboro’s Annual CommUNITY Day at Town Square is set to draw over 3,000 attendees for games, food, and entertainment. The free event, rain or shine, features a parade at 11 a.m. down Rowan Blvd., led by the Glassboro High School Marching Band. A Professional Pace offers free haircuts for kids, and 50 vendors sell artisan goods and food. Entertainment includes Creative Glassboro’s Children’s Theatre and Glassboro High School’s Choir. The Kid’s Zone offers free face painting, an obstacle course, and basketball pickup games with the Glassboro Police Athletic League (PAL). NJMP’s 8th Annual TD Bank Food Truck & Music Festival on June 8, 2024, starting at 4pm, features top food trucks from New Jersey and Pennsylvania, live music, family games, and more. Jersey City Comedy Festival

Art House Productions is thrilled to announce the return of this year’s Jersey City Comedy Festival (JCCF) from June 11th to 15th, 2024, in Jersey City, NJ. The festival will span across two premier locations: Art House Productions and The Laugh Tour Comedy Club at Dorrian’s Red Hand. Headlining the 2024 Jersey City Comedy Festival are Rachel Feinstein on Tuesday, June 11, at 8:00 pm, and Kyle Gordon on Wednesday, June 12, at 8:00 pm, both at Art House Productions. Fifty comedians from across the US and Canada were selected from over 220 submissions. These chosen comics will compete in five competition showcases, with audiences voting for their favorite comedian at each showcase to advance them to the finale on June 15. All ten finalists will receive paid spots at The Laugh Tour Comedy Club, and two comics (one audience pick and one industry pick) will win the coveted “Best of the Fest” title along with $500 each. Firefly Festival

Fireflies are an “electrifying” part of summer, and to celebrate, enjoy an evening of nature, music, good food, and outdoor fun at this exciting free event. Make your own wings and antenna for a $7.00 charge for the crafts activities. Enjoy live music while waiting for the fireflies to come out, with pony rides available all evening and a special barnyard fun play area open for evening play. Lolly Hopwood will perform for all the young firefly friends, inviting everyone to sing, dance, and play with her interactive and imaginative shows. Pam’s Firefly Tent will offer delicious goodies like grilled chicken, hot dogs, pie, apple cider, donuts, cookies, and apples, with Terhune’s own wine available for adults to sample or buy by the glass in the wine orchard.
