Summer Street Feast
August 1, 4 – 8 pm

Visit #DowntownHaddonfield on Thursday, August 1 for Summer Street Feast: a night of food, music and fun! Kings Highway will be closed to host over 10 food trucks, musical performances on the Camden County stage, and facepainting! Local businesses will be celebrating Summer Sidewalk Sale, with products on the sidewalk until 8 PM.

29th Annual Clamfest
August 1 – 3

This three-day festival will feature seafood and other dishes from local restaurants, live entertainment, children’s activities, and specialty vendors. Food and Music lovers will fill the streets at Huddy Park on Bay & Waterwitch Avenues. The famous Clam Fest is a two-day spectacular event, a wide variety of food trucks, along with other festival favorites including the Lions Club Funnel Cakes, and the Highlands Fire Department BBQ tent. Admission and parking are free, and the event takes place rain or shine.

Art of Surfing Festival

Crossing Borders (Cruzando Fronteras)

Crossing Borders (Cruzando Fronteras) is an annual community celebration that offers music and togetherness with a spotlight on new plays by Latine theater artists. This year’s festival is curated by José Zayas and features four new plays to be read in the Joan and Robert Rechnitz Theater.

Rahway Summer Concert Series

The Mayor’s Summer Concert Series has become a beloved tradition in Rahway, drawing music lovers from near and far. All performances are free to the public, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs for seating. The series kicks off on August 1st at 6:30 PM with ABSalute House taking the stage. On August 8th, The Amor Prohibido, a Selena tribute band, will perform alongside opening act Swing Sabroso, blending Latin and jazz influences. On August 15th, 24k Magic, a Bruno Mars tribute band, will be accompanied by the talented Raquel Liane as the opening act. The series concludes on August 22nd with performances by 112 and opening act DJ Nubian. In case of inclement weather, performances will be moved inside.

The EARTH Center is hosting a day-long celebration of Master Gardeners, featuring garden tours, live music, kids’ activities, and gardening contests. Families can enjoy fun activities such as a scavenger hunt, a performance by The Recycling Magician, a 4-H Small Animal Club exhibit, and a “Paint a Pot” activity. The annual Craft Show & Antique Corner will be held on Sunday, August 25, from 10 to 5 at Veterans Park, Broadway & 3rd Ave, in Westwood, NJ with 125 exhibitors. The show is hosted by Westwood Heritage Society and promoted by P.J.’s Promotion. Visitors will have the opportunity to shop at the booths of the many talented artists and crafters who will be highlighting stained glass, woodwork, jewelry, florals, pottery, ceramics, apparel, photography, folk art, birdhouses, garden and children’s items, resin art, bonsai, soaps, candles, pumpkins and so much more. Be sure to stop by the Antique Corner where a treasure could be awaiting you. There you will find vintage toys, pottery, silver, prints, vintage paper, linens, primitives, Americana, lamps, glassware and so much more. Appraisals will be conducted by Jon Felz from 11 to 4. The cost is $5 an item. You can also indulge in a variety of festival foods, homemade pretzels, pickles, Italian ice, and desserts. The fair is held rain or shine with free admission.
