It’s New Jersey Fall Farmers Market Season! If you’re looking for events that support the local community – the best ways to celebrate the season is by visiting the many farmer’s markets throughout New Jersey. (Plus they’re free) These markets offer an opportunity to support local farmers and artisans while enjoying fresh, seasonal produce and other goods.

The Garden State is known for its abundance of farms and agricultural products, and the spring season marks the beginning of the growing season for many fruits and vegetables. From asparagus and strawberries to lettuce and radishes, there’s no shortage of delicious and healthy options available at these markets.

Many New Jersey farmers markets also offer handmade crafts, baked goods, and other artisanal products, making them a great place to find unique gifts or treat yourself to something special.

Cowtown Farmers Market

The Cowtown Farmers Market in Pilesgrove, NJ, is a historic market open year-round every Tuesday and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Known as one of the oldest farmers markets in the U.S., it features a mix of fresh produce, baked goods, meats, handcrafted items, antiques, and unique finds, with over 400 indoor and outdoor vendors.
