German American Society of Trenton Oktoberfest
September 22 – 24
Great music, good food, and the best beer makes for a fantastic weekend.  The event will also feature a pig roast, traditional German food, vendors and crafts, bounce castles, kid activities, and family fun! Part of the proceeds benefits the Jeremy Fund.

Asburyfest
September 22 – 24

The Annual AsburyFest (formerly Asbury Park Oysterfest) is back and better than ever! What’s the perfect recipe for a cool weekend in the hottest town at the Jersey Shore? Start with some of the best festival food around, add a dash of music, and a pinch of surprises and you have AsburyFest, a three-day culinary event you don’t want to miss. This year’s event will be held across the street from the iconic Convention Hall, in Bradley Park.

Irish Fall Festival
September 22 – 24

One of the largest Irish festivals in the country is held at the Jersey shore — every September, Wildwood holds the annual Irish Fall Festival!. The yearly celebration of Irish heritage is expected to draw as many as a quarter of a million people to the resort of the Wildwoods for the festival. Come celebrate Irish heritage with dancing, music, food and craft vendors daily. Other festivities include a golf tournament, Irish dance lessons, 5K run and 1 mile walk, pipe exhibition, food court, and Catholic Mass. The events conclude with a parade on Surf Avenue from 20th to Spruce and Olde New Jersey Avenues.

Roseland Greek Fest

Annual Rock the Farm Festival

The 9th Annual event, brought to you by Epic Financial Strategies and Robert E. Gill, Rock The Farm Festival returns to Seaside Heights on September 23rd, 2023. This family friendly event features incredible music all day long, food trucks, VIP Oasis, KidZone, and so much more. This day will feature the world’s top tribute bands covering a variety of everyone’s favorite music. Rock The Farm Festival is a benefit and 100% of the proceeds go directly to CFC Loud N Clear Foundation. The Newark PorchFest
September 23, 12 pm – 6 pm (rain date Sunday, September 24th)

THE NEWARK PORCHFEST returns to the Historic Forest Hill neighborhood on Saturday, September 23 from noon to 6 pm (Rain date: Sunday, the 24th). This FREE family-friendly event organized by the Forest Hill Community Association will feature professional and amateur performing and visual artists, as well as food trucks serving a variety of refreshments. Water Lantern Festival
September 23 & 24, 4 pm – 9 pm

This is a family friendly event that can be shared by everyone. Friends, families, neighbors, and lots of people that you haven’t met can come together to create a peaceful, memorable experience. Attendees will get to enjoy Food Trucks, Live Music, Designing your Lantern, and the Lantern Launch. This is a sustainable event. All lanterns will be cleaned up after the event. In addition, they pick up any trash that may have previously been in or around the water. The lanterns are made from rice paper and wood so they are as eco-friendly as possible and we reuse and recycle the LED candles.

Chester Lion Club’s Oktoberfest Weekend

Join the 25th Annual Oktoberfest Weekend and Car Show, a lively event filled with fun, food, and fabulous cars! Get ready to experience the best of German culture and automotive excellence. This year, they are celebrating their milestone anniversary, so expect an extra special celebration! Indulge in mouthwatering German delicacies, from bratwursts to pretzels, while enjoying traditional music and dancing. With over 125 booths and activities; a true celebration of the season, the beautiful bayfront, and the friendly spirit of the people of Margate! Fall Funfest is FREE and loaded with new entertainment and activities including music, games, back-bay nature tours and educational exhibits. New this year is a Saturday, Cornhole Tournament, open to everyone . There will be classic Fall Funfest decor throughout the city of Margate, focusing on business areas. Fall Antique, Glass & Bottle Show
September 24, 9 am – 3:30 pm

This event features bottles, glass items, antiques, and collectibles available from a variety of vendors. Food, and beverages.Wagon rides will also be available at this event and run from 11 am – 2pm. There is a charge for rides to help us offset the cost of bringing equipment, horse and support personnel to the site. Bring the little ones!

Harvest Home Festival

This old-fashioned country fair at Longstreet Farm is reminiscent of the 1890s, taking visitors back in time to the period when neighbors gathered to accomplish work, harvest, and spend time socializing and enjoying each other’s company. See an exhibition of the best products that have been grown and the best needlework that has been done in the community, plus games, athletic contests, and similar features of recreational or educational value.

Garfield Familly Family Street Fair
September 24, 10 am – 5 pm

Hosted by the City of Garfield and the Garfield Events Committee held along Midland Ave. from 10am-5pm. This event brings the whole community together. The street will be closed to vehicle traffic during the event and will be transformed into a giant block party from Krakow Street to Elizabeth St. If you like shopping outdoors then this is the place to be. Quality exhibitors selling a selection of assorted items, a special arts & crafts section, live entertainment, kiddie rides & games, great festival foods & food trucks, and so much more. Don’t miss stopping by the many local merchants & civic organizations to see what goodies they are passing out.
