July 16th –Atlantic Highlands FilmOne Fest
FilmOneFest (the Atlantic Highlands One-Minute International Film Festival) is a celebration of the super short film and a snap-shot of the creative image making happening online and across the world. Founded in 2008, the festival takes place on third Saturday of July at the Atlantic Highlands Marina and is screened at other venues throughout the year. Films (under 2 minutes in length) from local and international film and video makers are projected on a giant screen under the stars on the historic shores of Sandy Hook Bay.

Visit participating GSWGA wineries and get a guided tour from wine makers of their barrel room. Vineyards set their own time and pricing.

July 16th – NJ State Crab Festival
Event takes place from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. in front of the Ice House Restaurant, 4415 Park Blvd. in Wildwood, featuring a block party atmosphere with “crabby” fun for the entire family! Festival includes bushels of blue claw crabs, a beer garden, “must try” crabby bloody marys, vendors and exciting things for the kids including a crab race at 6 p.m. Live outdoor entertainment will be featured throughout the day beginning at noon. FREE admission!

July 16th – 1st Hopped Up Asbury Park Pub Crawl
Join the New Jersey Highlands Coalition for their 1st Hopped Up Asbury Park Pub Crawl on Saturday, July 16 in Asbury Park, NJ. Tickets start at just $20 (plus Eventbrite’s fees) and are available online in advance or via mail and a $20 check to New Jersey Highlands Coalition (508 Main Street Boonton, NJ 07005). Tickets will be sold at each bar along the route the day of the event at $25 per person.
The Pub Crawl will make 3 stops throughout Asbury Park beginning with check-in at Dark City Brewing Company. Stop in to register and to get your wrist band!
