December 9th – Midnight Market
Midnight Market is the area’s first indoor night market. This foodie nightlife experience is a 21 and older event- CASH ONLY event. Doors open at 7:30-Midnight. Come early to avoid the lines! Chilltown Collective is heading the music for the event! The DJ will keep the old school party vibes going all night. With the official afterparty at Porta.

December 9th & 10th – Family Holiday Celebration
he festivities begin Friday evening December 9 with the Greater Wildwood Jaycees’ Christmas Parade.The festival begins Friday evening following the parade, with the Tree Lighting Ceremony. Then crowds gather inside the Wildwoods Convention Center to warm up with hot chocolate and cookies and acknowledge the parade and the business decorating and lighting contest winners at the Award Ceremony. The celebration continues all day Saturday with family fun, pictures with Santa and holiday bazaar.

Eleventh Hour Rescue’s 2016 Winter Wonderland Holiday Bazaar! Bring your family, friends and DOGS for a fun filled day inside the Conservatory at the Sussex County Fairgrounds.

December 10th – 11th – 7th Annual Gingerbread House Contest & Display
A dash of sugar, a pinch of creativity and some good old-fashioned competition will turn Santa’s Workshop into a baker’s paradise at the 7th Annual Greenwich Gingerbread Contest. The entire community— kids, families, youth groups, scout troops, schools and organizations— are all invited to create a gingerbread structure and participate in the contest. Your creations will be displayed at Santa’s Workshop, located on 884 Ye Greate Street, during “Christmas in Greenwich” on Sunday, December 11, 2016, from noon to 5 p.m. Entries will be judged on overall appearance, originality and creativity, difficulty and detail. Except for the base, the entry must be made completely of edible products. (Note: Edible materials are not limited to sweets!)
To be eligible for the competition, registration is suggested, and your gingerbread structure must be delivered to Santa’s Workshop on Saturday, December 10th, between 9 a.m. an noon

December 11th – Holiday Candlelight Tour
Historic Rockingham, lit by candlelight, will be decorated in period-correct fashion with a special theme for its holiday tours. The tours will be led and presented by members of the Montgomery Twp. Live Historians club in period dress. There will also be period music by John Burkhalter, light refreshments and the museum store will be open for shopping. Please check our website for more information as we grow closer to the date. Tour space is limited and pre-registration is required to guarantee admittance with tours offered at least every half-hour from 11 am to 4 pm.
