JC’s Fun and Food Truck Festival & Carnival – April 7th – 9th
JC Promotions, Inc. producer of fabulous events is holding a Food Truck Fest & huge Carnival in Over Peck Park in Ridgefield Park on the weekend of April 7, 8 & 9, 2017. A carnival, food trucks & vendor marketplace…all 3 days & nights!This event is FREE to the public!

Wine and Blossom Festival – Apr 8th
Monroeville Vineyard & Winery and Summit City Farms Winery invite you to our First Annual Wine and Blossom Festival. Take a wagon ride thru Summit City Farms Peach and Nectarine Orchards in full Bloom! This Event will be educational and fun! The Last Peach Blossom Festival was in Glassboro NJ in 1934. Learn about both NJ Peach Production and Wine Production. Both Owners will be available for questions about their Farms and their Wines. Wine Tasting from both Wineries is also included! Each guest may sample 7 wines from each Winery and will receive a souvenir wine glass. Monroeville Vineyards will also have a guided walking tour thru their 4 acre Vineyard which will be in the early stages of bud break. Under the tent, Live Music by Acoustic Soul, playing a variety of Rock, Pop, Country and Oldies.

BHVFC Craft Beer and Food Fest – April 8th
BHVFC Presents the Craft Beer and Food Festival, a fundraiser for the Beach Haven Volunteer Fire Company. 4 Local Craft Breweries will be on Tap including:Backwards Flag Brewing Co, Icarus Brewing Co, Pinelands Brewing, and Ship Bottom Brewing Co. Food Trucks, Craft Vendors, and Live Music. (Rain or Shine)

Camden Comic Con 2017 – Apr 8th
Camden Comic Con is an annual comic convention that celebrates the artistry and cultural phenomenon of comic books and associated media. The goal of Camden Comic Con is to provide a free, all ages event that links and introduces the community of Camden and South Jersey to comic creators, writers, artists, dealers, and fellow enthusiasts. In addition to this, the event aims to explore and promote the concepts of education, literacy, and artistry through the medium. It is also just plain fun to meet your favorite artists, peruse comics, pick up rare issues, cosplay, and gather to celebrate the love of all things ‘nerdy’.
Some of the guests this year include Amy Chu, Dean Haspiel, Larry Hama, Ulises Farinas, and Fred Van Lente. Camden Comic Con will also have several food trucks on site for a Mini Food Truck Fest and the event will also feature tabletop gaming courtesy of All Things Fun! Cosplay contest! Performances! Workshops! Panels! And much much more!

Doo Dah Parade – April 8th
The parade — Ocean City’s annual tribute to humor — marks the opening of an uninterrupted season of specials events that stretches throughout the year. The procession features marching bands, floats, a grand marshal and a brigade of more than 500 basset hounds. The traditional finale at the end of the parade route at the Ocean City Music Pier includes a “Pie-asco,” in which everybody is invited to smoosh their friends with shaving-cream pies.

Feis at the Beach – April 8th
The Cummins School’s Feis at the Beach is an annual Irish Dance Competition begun in 2012. Held in the spacious Wildwood Convention Center in Wildwood, NJ on the third Thursday of April, it plays host to over 1300 competitors.

Spring Festival at Rutgers Gardens – April 9th
Celebrate Spring at the Gardens with an afternoon of fun and fresh air for children and families! Sponsored by Alpha Zeta, the Cook College honors/service fraternity, the afternoon will be filled with exciting activities that will put a “spring” in your step, and a smile on your face.
Alpha Zeta has had a strong connection with Rutgers Gardens for almost over a decade with signature events such as the Spring Festival. In addition to hosting events, brothers regularly participate in service projects held at the Gardens.

Keansburg Amusement Park’s Easter Eggstravaganza Easter Egg Hunt – April 9th
Join Keansburg Amusement Park for its annual Easter Egg Hunt. Keansburg Amusement Park continues its decades long tradition by kicking off the season with their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 9th beginning at 1pm, rain or shine.
Kids of all ages are invited to bring their own basket and hunt for some of the thousands of prize filled eggs! Grand prize winners will win bikes. Plus meet the Easter Bunny, have fun riding the kiddie rides, and play in the arcades and games. The event is sponsored by Coca-Cola.
