New Jersey Diner Review #301: The Cinnaminson Diner
Located on Route 130 sits the Cinnaminson Diner located in…you guessed it, Cinnaminson! This hometown diner is regular hot spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I arrived at lunch time and the place was packed! Impressive since it was a rainy and gross day and most people want to stay home.
Unique items from their menu include:
– Homemade Cream Chipped Beef Breakfast
– Crazy Dave’s Omelette Breakfast (with bacon, sausage, ham, broccoli, onions, mushrooms, peppers and American cheese)
– Homemade Country Sausage Gravy Breakfast
– Grilled Fresh Cinnamon Bun Breakfast
– Fried Crab Balls
– Thin Sliced Meatloaf Sandwich
– Lots and lots of sandwich options
– A lot of seafood options
– Fajitas
– Beef Tenderloin Tips
– BBQ
– and more. It’s a very extensive menu.
Because it was lunch time they were offering some great lunch specials that I had to take advantage of. My lunch included soup so I immediately ordered a split pea soup since I was so hungry.
It was great!
For my entree I got an eggplant parm sub. I had heard great things about their eggplant parm, so I figured it would be just as great on a sandwich.
It took up my entire plate, and I finished every bite.
For my side I got to switch to steak fries for not additional cost which was a nice add on. I love steak fries.
Overall this was a very pleasant diner experience! It’s a pretty typical average diner, which is what I like.
