With thoughts of warmer weather in mind, Lump’N’Loaf Records is excited to announce their Cinco de Mayo Summer Kick-Off Party at New Brunswick, NJ’s revered music venue, The Court Tavern.
Featuring L’NL’ bands A Halo Called Fred, Little Dipper, Trio of Madness and Zigman Bird, this party continues the label’s decade-long association with the Court Tavern and will serve to showcase the various acts performing new songs from their upcoming 2015 releases.
Though all the bands have periodically performed at the Tavern on their own, this event brings them all together for one special evening. A Halo Called Fred’s bassist Tiny sums up everyone’s excitement, “We’re excited to play Cinco de Mayo at the Court Tavern. This is going to be the greatest show in the history of time and space!”
Previous L’N’L themed events at the Court Tavern featured L’N’L bands performing original material plus a favorite cover to honor that particular night’s theme, including Piggy In the Mirror (Cure tribute), No Quarter, No S#!t (Led Zep tribute) and The Grapes of Roth (Van Halen tribute).
