Lobster Fiesta Date Night at Chevy’s in Linden
This week I visited Chevy’s in Linden since I found out they were doing a “Lobster Fiesta” for July & August. Mexican food AND lobster? Count me in!

I had actually never been to a Chevy’s before, and since I really enjoy Mexican food I was excited for a nice night out.
I started my meal off with an appetizer sampler which included: Steak Tostaditas, Salsa Chicken Quesadilla, Queso and Crispy Chicken Flautas. I was in love with the chicken flautas. Next time I’m there I might get a plate of those to myself.
There were 3 great options for the lobster fiesta (lobster salad, lobster roll and lobster tacos) but I decided on getting the salad despite wanting to eat all three.
The options are a little pricey, but it’s lobster. For a lobster meal the price was reasonable, plus the portion sizes are great. Let’s also not forget you can get all the chips and salsa they have to offer. (Their salsa is fantastic!!)
When my salad arrived I was surprise and how HUGE it was! It was very filling, and the best part: plenty of lobster meat!
My husband got an order of beef tacos which he very much enjoyed.
We left feeling very full which was unfortunate since I really wanted to get fried ice cream for dessert. Oh well. Next time!
If you can get over to Chevy’s this month for lobster fiesta, definitely do! The food was amazing. Otherwise, make sure you stop by New Jersey’s only two locations and get some great Mexican food. Their menu had so much to choose from and they had amazing deals (their happy hour was awesome).
