Keyport Welcomes Summer with Stars & Stripes Food Truck & Music Festival this Saturday!
Memorial Day weekend is set to kick off with a feast for the senses at the Keyport Stars & Stripes Food Truck & Music Festival. Scheduled for Saturday, May 23rd, the family-friendly event will take over the picturesque Waterfront Park, offering attendees a vibrant mix of gourmet eats, live entertainment, and community spirit.
The festival is produced through a collaboration between Keyport Recreation and Just Jersey Fest, with proceeds from the event benefiting the American Legion.
Food enthusiasts will have plenty to choose from, as the festival grounds will host 18 distinct gourmet food trucks catering to every craving, from savory delicacies to sweet indulgences. The official lineup includes:
Angry Archies, Angry Chourico, The Brownie Bar, Chick Wings & Things, Chow Wow, Cold Stone Creamery, Cubita Truck, Dags Dippers, Empanada Mania, Good Mood Truck, Harry’s Lil Kitchen, Kielbasa N More, Mac Truck, The Mozzarella God, The Rolling Pita, Shore Fresh Seafood Raw Bar, Senor Tacos, Taste of Napoli, and Uncle Sal’s Eggrolls
In addition to food trucks, a diverse lineup of live bands will provide the soundtrack for the day. Attendees can enjoy performances spanning multiple genres from late morning through the evening:
11:00 AM: Right Turn at 40
2:00 PM: Eddie Testa Band
5:00 PM: Mr. Lovejoy
The festival aims to provide a comprehensive entertainment experience for visitors of all ages. Adults can unwind at the dedicated Beer, Sangria, and Margarita garden, while a wide array of children’s activities will keep younger attendees engaged. Highlights of the kids’ zone include a bungee trampoline, a “toxic meltdown” attraction, face painting, sand art, inflatables, and mini-golf.
An eclectic marketplace of local vendors will also be on-site, offering unique shopping opportunities throughout the day.
