Looking for an exciting, fun filled Summer event that offers something for every member of your family? Look no more! Morris County’s first gourmet food truck festival is coming to The County College of Morris in Randolph, NJ on Saturday, August 9, 2014. The Festival will take place from 10am to 6pm in Parking Lot No.1 and will feature great food, a beer garden, music and many entertaining special events.
Over 20 gourmet food trucks, offering a wide variety of delicious, innovative foods will enable festival visitors to experience the special thrill of eating gourmet food specialties served from the inside of a 4 wheeled vehicle. Among the culinary delights will be fresh lobster rolls, fried Wisconsin cheese curds, Cajun delicacies, empanadas, arepas, Steak, New Orleans creole cuisine, tasty Thai entrees, grilled cheese, hot dogs and sliders with all the fixins, pizza, enticing wraps, bacon creations, cup cakes, ice cream, and so much more. It will be a gourmet wonderland!
The Festival will also have a Beer Garden for anyone over 21, with 4 ice cold Craft Beers on tap, sponsored by Morris Tap & Grill and benefitting Morris Rugby. Great musical sounds will be played by Gasser Dan, sponsored by New Jersey Siding & Windows. Children will enjoy Complimentary face painting and other activities. A number of Vendors will be demonstrating and displaying their products. A very exciting addition to the festival is Bubble Soccer! Bubble Soccer is an alternate and whacky way of playing the beautiful game. This is brought to the festival and run by Jersey Club Sports, Morris County’s premier provider of adult sports leagues. Teenagers and adults will be able to participate in this fun filled game.
The County College of Morris is located in Randolph, just off Route 10, between Center Grove Road and Dover-Chester Road. Parking is free. Admission is $5 per adult. No charge for children under 12.
