Mark Your Calendars: Jersey City Night Market Returns on April 1!
Jersey City Night Market is back and better than ever! The highly anticipated event returns on April 1st at the City Hall Ancillary Lot located at 179 Montgomery St, Jersey City.
This season, Jersey City Night Market is collaborating with local organizations, such as JC Families and JC Pride, to provide even more diverse and exciting events. The season opener on April 1st, which is a collaboration with JC Families, promises to be an exciting start to the year of events. From 3pm-5pm families can enjoy free children’s activities and take photos with the Easter Bunny.
The event will feature an array of food options, craft beers, and music from a lineup of talented Jersey City DJs curated by Chilltown Collective, a local entertainment group. The beer garden will be hosted by Jersey City brewery, 902 Brewing Co. Visitors of all ages are welcome to enjoy the free admission event, every other month from April 1st to October 7th, from 3pm-9pm.
Attendees can expect to feast on delicious international bites from some of the area’s most popular vendors, including Argentinian wood fire BBQ from Master Asador, award-winning Japanese restaurant Menya Jiro, Bolivian salteñas food truck Tunkas, fresh Maine lobster rolls from Downeast Lobstah, and many more. There will even be a food truck catering specifically to furry friends, WoofBowl. It’s an evening filled with fun for all.
Jersey City Night Market is not just about food and music, it’s also an opportunity to support local small businesses and connect with artists and makers from the community. Attendees can stroll through the aisles of artisan vendors and check out a wide range of small businesses, from artists to community organizations. This event is a celebration of Jersey City’s diverse culture, and it’s a chance for the community to come together, shop, eat, dance, and have fun.
“Jersey City Night Market is about more than just food and shopping- it’s a chance to bring the community together and support small businesses. We’ve made it our mission to create a bustling night market that celebrates the diversity of Jersey City’s neighborhoods and its people. We’re thrilled to be back this year and can’t wait to see everyone out there!” –Jersey City Night Market Organizer Alysis Vasquez
