Here is my official Holiday and Christmas Lights in New Jersey Guide. My goal this season – to see as many Christmas light displays as possible! Lights on Glendale
Now – December 27
Festive Fun for the Family! First annual holiday lights display with synchronized music and visits from Santa and the Mrs! Event is 100% outdoors and guests are asked to maintain a safe social distance from others.

Cost: Free to attend, but donations to the Colorectal Cancer Program/Paulette’s C of Blue at CentraState Healthcare System are appreciated.

Christmas Light Show Hayrides
Select Dates Now – December 23
Thousands of twinkle lights to create a Holiday Wonderland in the Discovery Barnyard and Animal farm. To complete your holiday experience they will also have a campfire going to roast marshmallows and make s’ mores. Plus, lights on the lake!

Holiday Musical Light Show at the Tropicana
Now – January 1, 2021 (Hourly starting at noon)
The free Holiday Musical Light Show features festive lights synchronized to the sights and sounds of the season. Daily shows through New Years’ Day, presented every hour on the hour starting at noon. The Quarter and Palm Walk are beautifully decked out for the holidays, including the Poinsettia Tree and a Jolly Snowman display.

Holiday Lights Trolley Ride
Select Dates Now – December 31
Take a trip down to the Historic District of Cape May to see some of the most beautifully decorated houses and inns in New Jersey! Take a trolley ride through the Historic District to see the Victorian-style houses and inns decorated for the holidays. Tours begin at the Washington Street Mall Information Booth at Ocean Street. Purchase tickets at the Washington Street Mall Information Booth, at the Carriage Horse or at Hill House Office. Check their website for dates and times. Call 609-884-5404 or 800-275-4278 to purchase advanced tickets.

Holiday in the Park

This winter, the Santa tracker leads right to Six Flags Great Adventure as the holiday extravaganza — Holiday in the Park — returns at the world’s ultimate thrill park on November 14 and runs weekends and select days through January 3, 2021. In 2020, Six Flags Great Adventure is delivering holiday magic with a focus on safety. Enjoy millions of glittering lights, delicious treats, thrilling rides and dazzling street entertainment!

Winter Walk in Taylor Park
Now – January 2021
Follow the lights through a path of handmade snowflakes, courtesy of local Boy Scout Troop 15. The trees along the path are wrapped in lights, the enormous polar bear is the perfect setting for family photos, and the bridge is adorned with hundreds of lights that reflect into the stream that runs along the Main Street section of the park. Continue your stroll along the Main Street entrance, over the bridge near the Bauer Center and then head for hot chocolate or dinner at your choice of numerous restaurants.

Historic Smithville Holiday Light Show
Now – January 6, 2021
Over 120 Christmas Trees constructed from over 50,000 Christmas lights, magically float on Lake Meone in the center of Historic Smithville and the Village Greene. The moment darkness falls, an orchestrated show of lights and music is played out across the lake. The lights seem to dance and chase each other to the music all the while reflecting off the water’s surface. This show can be seen from either side of the village as well as the bridge.

The Annual Ferone Family Christmas Light Spectacular
Now until December 27
The Ferrone Family invites you and your family, friends and/or those who need some holiday spirit to get out of the car and join the community in this once a year light show spectacular! This year will be bigger and better then ever. Ferone Family Christmas Light Spectacular opens Thanksgiving night and will run through December 27th. Every Tuesday night Disney songs will take over our show to bring some of the magic of Disney world/land in Toms River! The show starts a 5pm

Fleetwood Lights – A Christmas Lights House Display
Now until December 31
Fleetwood Lights, a Christmas lights house display, features almost 19,000 light pixels that are synchronized to music, creating a holiday display that you will not forget. This residence has grown each and every year since it’s inception back in 2015. This year Fleetwood Lights has produced it’s biggest display to date with 40 displays. Come watch the show for free in the comfort of you own car while you listen to FM 92.1 and watch the lights synchronized to music.
