Zeppelin Hall has got your answer to your winter blues with their new food-themed festival: Sausage Fest, starting January 22nd to February 1st.

Indulge in your carnivorous appetite with their supersized menu of sausage delights just for this event. Try one of the 17 uniquely prepared dishes such as the Wild Bunch Sausage Plate, an exotic combination plate of wild artisan sausages featuring: duck, lamb, wild boar, venison, and rabbit served with spicy cabbage salad. For bacon lovers, try Cheese Bacon Sausage, a juicy Schaller & Weber cheddar stuffed bacon sausage served with sauerkraut. Try a casserole with a spicy, Mexican twist: the Chorizo Sausage Casserole. This dish is prepared with a kick, loaded up with peppers, onions and jalapenos smothered in a Monterey Cheese Sauce and tortilla chips.

Not feeling meaty? Sausage Fest will offer a Chicken Sausage Sampler Platter with a choice of: chicken & truffle, chicken & apple, Mediterranean chicken and Southwest chicken sausages. Savor the unordinary Duck Hot Dog with crispy duck bacon served with pickled onion relish, cognac mustard and truffle fries. Go exotic with the Currywurst Bratwurst, a grilled bratwurst sausage with red curry sauce. For a take on the classic New York City sandwich, try the Bratwurst Reuben Sandwich, a thick slab of grilled Bratwurst sausage, covered with sauerkraut and melted Swiss cheese, topped with bacon and served on a roll.
