Grand Opening of Boardwalk Journey in Seaside Park to Open Tues, July 22nd

Located at the corner of N Street and North Ocean Avenue in Seaside Park, “Boardwalk Journey” is a sand museum that will feature over 5,000 square feet of detailed sand sculptures created by artist Ed Jarrett.  The exhibit will take visitors back in time to the beginning of the Jersey Shore boardwalks and deliver them to the doorstep of the future.  The Sand Museum is open for construction tours daily from 10 a.m.-8 p.m.  Admission is $1, donated to Hometown Heroes.  The grand opening is planned for  Tuesday, July 22, 2014.

On October 29, 2013, Ed Jarrett broke the Guinness World Record for the Tallest Sandcastle for the fourth time. His Sandy Castle stood 38 feet, 2 inches tall on Jenkinson’s Beach in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.

Hometown Heroes and Ed Jarrett present the grand opening of “Boardwalk Journey” on July 22nd at 5:30PM.

“Boardwalk Journey” is a sand museum that features over 5,000 square feet of detailed sand sculptures.
