Florham Park Diner: Review
Located in a strip mall, the Florham Park Diner is one of the cutest diners I’ve ever been to. The diner has been feeding Florham Park since the 1950s, and the Graspas Diner has owned this hometown diner since 1991.
Because it was early afternoon and I hadn’t had any coffee yet, I was jonesing for one! Luckily the diner offers Lacas coffee, so I was very pleased with my endless cup of Joe. It definitely helped me get through the rest of the day.
They have quite large menu making it hard to make a decision! Highlights from their menu include Skinny French Toast, fresh soup, a lot of Greek specialties, creative salads and sandwiches, hot dogs, and much more.
Because I was overwhelmed by the menu, I immediately took to their lunch specials menu! The specials came with soup, and since I was hungry it was an even better deal. I went for one of my go to NJ diner options, a chicken gyro! Not only was the gyro delicious, but the waffle fries were perfection.
Although I was full, I couldn’t help but admire the desserts on my way out the door. They had mousse mouse, a rainbow cookie cake, and so many other fun looking pies, cakes, and cookies. Maybe another time…
