Opening Reception: Joyous Detritus – July 24
While most people were warm and snug in their homes this past bitterly cold winter, Nicole Vincenti was out at sunrise combing the beach for materials for her art. She creates wall sculptures from sea glass and other treasures she finds along the coast. Her upcoming show, Joyous Detritus, celebrates her discoveries. It will take place at Hotel Tides, 408 Seventh Avenue, Asbury Park, NJ July 19 – August 23, 2015. Over 20 sculptures will be on display in the lobby. Please come out and meet the artist at the opening on Friday, July 24 from 6 – 8 pm.

Festival of Ballooning – July 24-26
The QuickChek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning is the largest summertime hot air balloon and music festival in North America and is the premiere family entertainment attraction in New Jersey. 7th Annual Jetty Coquina Jam – July 26
The 7th Annual Jetty Coquina Jam will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Taylor Avenue in Beach Haven, NJ! This marks the 5th year that Jetty will be donating to David’s Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation, which takes all profits from the event and donates them to local breast cancer patients in need. The Coquina Jam has raised in excess of $30,000 and we’re looking forward to what will hopefully be our largest Jam to date! This day is all about females, family, and fun in the sun!
