Chocolate Walk & Carriage Rides – Feb 13
What is a chocolate walk? Participating businesses open their doors to a free evening of fun and chocolate treats! It could be as simple as a piece of chocolate or as delicious as a chocolate tini! Print your passport and visit the shops and galleries – when done you turn in your signed passport and entered into drawing for $50 in Bordentown Bucks!

Valentine’s Day Sleigh Rides – Feb 14
Whether you are a courting or married couple, you’re invited to take a horse drawn sleigh ride on Valentine’s Day at Howell Living History Farm in Lambertville. For families and groups, there will be horse-drawn wagon rides. The romantic rides through the countryside are free and offered on a first come, first served basis. After the ride, you can visit the recently restored farmhouse, filled with period antiques. There will be house tours and live music inside. Outside, there will be hot cocoa and a fire. Valentine’s Day goodies will be for sale at the Visitor’s Center. The hours for the event are 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 14, 2015. GSWGA’s Wine and Chocolate Wine Trail Weekend – 14 & 15
Join New Jersey wineries from Sussex to Cape May, and everywhere in between across New Jersey for two weekends of your favorite pairing- wine and chocolate! Each winery will have its own features for the trail weekend, but most will have something CHOCOLATE related to enjoy! You’ll find special wine tastings and new releases, pairings, entertainment, specials and sales. Be sure to grab something special for your squeeze. Held over two weekends, rain, snow, or shine. Check with each winery for hours. The events calendar will have each wineries listing as well.

Alba Winery’s Wine and Chocolate Weekend – Feb 14 &15
Make this Valentine’s Day one to remember by spending it with someone special at Alba Vineyard. Treat your valentine to samples of award winning wines paired with exquisite chocolates, artisan cheeses, and wonderful culinary treats! We will feature small bites prepared by our preferred caterers. Each caterer will offer samples of their amazing food specialties to pair with our wines. Master Chocolatier, Diane Pinder, owner of Donna & Company, will join us. Diane will offer samples of her unique artisan chocolates to pair with Alba’s dessert wines. A collection of assorted truffles and other chocolate treats will be available for sale. Joining us for the first time this year is Fourchette of Clinton, NJ. You will be able to sample and purchase their artisan cheeses. The tasting experience is $20 per person (21 and older). Reservations are not required.
