Diner Round Up – Blue Swan Diner in Oakhurst
There are a lot of diners in Monmouth County, and I’m getting close to seeing all of them. For this review I visited the Blue Swan Diner, a diner I probably haven’t visited in 5 years.
I’m big on second chances, and I’m glad I visited this place again. Their menu was completely redone as well as the interior. It was like going to a brand new diner!
They have a pretty hefty menu, and after much back and forth I decided on getting a panini on the special menu – chicken, feta, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette. So good!
My friend got the biggest burger I’ve ever seen…so I wanted to make sure you got to see that. I’m not sure if you can tell how big it is from the big…but he didn’t come close to finishing it. And crazily…there was an option from an even bigger burger!
The diner is in a good area, with lots of shopping etc so I definitely would recommend checking it out. Their breakfast menu looked pretty amazing so I might be going back soon!
