Summer Kicks Off in Morris County: The 43rd Annual Denville Rotary Street Festival this Sunday!

For over four decades, downtown Denville has marked the true beginning of the summer season with one of Morris County’s most anticipated community traditions. On Sunday, June 7, 2026, Broadway transforms once again as the 43rd Annual Denville Rotary Street Festival a free event that takes over the town center from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The festival packs downtown Denville with visual energy, local flavor, and community spirit. From regional crafters to open-air dining, the street layout is organized to give attendees plenty to explore at their own pace.

The core of the street festival features over 100 regional artisan and retail booths. Visitors can browse handcrafted jewelry, custom home decor, unique clothing, and specialty gifts. Alongside traveling merchants, Denville’s own brick-and-mortar downtown businesses open their doors to greet the passing crowds, offering a great way to discover the local boutique scene.

An absolute highlight for the adult crowd is the family-friendly beer garden located on Center Street, just off the main Broadway drag. It serves as a relaxed hub to grab a cold drink, catch up with neighbors, and enjoy the afternoon sun. Food trucks and pop-up vendors line the streets, serving up classic festival fare—from savory cheese steaks and empanadas to sweet kettle corn and funnel cakes.

Music fills the air all day from the main entertainment stage positioned at the corner of Broadway and First Avenue. The lineup features a mix of a live DJ spinning classic hits and performances from local bands showcasing regional talent.

Families with children will find plenty of distractions in the dedicated kids’ zone, which features carnival rides, games, and activities designed to keep younger attendees entertained.

While the street festival is an incredible community block party, its primary mission is philanthropic. Organized entirely by the volunteers of the Denville Rotary Club, all net proceeds from the event—including the festival’s massive, highly-anticipated 50/50 raffle—go directly back into funding critical local and global initiatives.

Money raised at the street festival directly funds the A.R. Spinola Scholarships for area high school seniors, keeps the town’s magical Santa Land holiday display running, and contributes to worldwide humanitarian projects supported by Rotary International.
