Cranford Street Fest Returns with Fun, Food, and Festivities May 18
On Sunday, May 18, 2025, the heart of downtown Cranford will come alive with the sights, sounds, and flavors of the Cranford Street Fest, a family-friendly celebration that promises a full day of vibrant entertainment, local shopping, and culinary delights. Hosted by the Cranford Chamber of Commerce and Marketspace Vendor Events, the event runs from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM along North Union Avenue and Alden Street in Cranford, with a rain date set for Sunday, June 1, 2025.
This lively street-fair style event invites visitors to stroll through a colorful array of over 100 artisans, makers, and local businesses. From handcrafted jewelry and home décor to fresh local eats and creative wellness services, there’s something for everyone to discover.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, a dedicated food truck and live music area will be set up in the Fire Department parking lot next to the gazebo, offering a perfect spot for guests to grab a bite, enjoy live tunes, and relax between shopping adventures.
A wide range of vendors will be participating, including favorites like Ani Ramen Cranford, Peach Tree Design Shop LLC, The Eclectic Chic Boutique, Jersey Pickles LLC, Uncle Bob’s Kettle Corn, and New Jersey Isn’t Boring (hey, that’s us!). Artisan makers such as Art by Dana Patrish, Sophia’s House of Beads, and Pigpen Glass will showcase their handcrafted creations, while food lovers can sample treats from spots like Puras Paletas, SAVOR Snack Shop, and Ruby’s Hottie Hot Sauce.

Local organizations like the Cranford YMCA/Westfield Area YMCA, Calvary Lutheran Church, and the New Jersey Independent Film Festival at Cranford Theater will also be on hand, providing information about their services and upcoming events.
