Cocktail Caravan Launches in New Jersey: Review

Last week I got a chance to attend a media event for the launch of a very cool idea, the Cocktail Caravan Bar. The mobile bartending service is NJ’s first rentable caravan bar for hire for outdoor events. The caravan bar is perfect for outdoor weddings, family functions, corporate events, birthday parties and more!

Co-founded by two sisters, Ashley and Amanda Willis, the mobile bar will service to events in Monmouth, Ocean, and Mercer counties. Both Ashley and Amanda have over 10 years of event and service experience with local businesses in NJ.

The event we attended was at Bayonet Farms in Holmdel, and it was the perfect location to show off what  they can do. The mobile bar was reconstructed from a 1960’s travel trailer, which they parked in front of an old barn showcasing the design and rustic decor. Very charming!

If you’d like to hire Cocktail Caravan, the host just needs to pick the alcohol and the staff will handle the rest. The bar is fully stocked with the supplies you need, along with the decor and staff for service. The bar even has two keg taps!

When you walk up to order a drink, you can see a traditional wooden bar ledge as well as all the interior work they did inside. It was simply gorgeous! Their staff was super friendly and made fantastic cocktails.

By attending the event we saw what they can do with event planning. Everything was so beautifully put together! I was a big fan of their signature cocktail, the “Happy Camper”, and my husband got a beer right off a truck which is something we had never done before.

Cheers to this new New Jersey business venture! I’m sure I’ll be seeing Cocktail Caravan at future parties, and I highly recommend using them.

Reconstructed out of a 1960’s travel trailer, Cocktail Caravan’s design features a sleek, round outer shape with a traditional wooden bar ledge, pop-out windows throughout, two keg taps, ice sinks for beverage storage and service, a seated bench, and rustic décor. The bar travels with additional features to complete a rustic-chic look including wine barrel tables, bar stools, vintage lighting, and more. Soft beverage catering is available along with alcohol purchase guides, and cocktail consultations to ensure the bar menu reflects the style of the event and taste of the host.
