This year, on November 25th, numerous towns in New Jersey, boasting many charming mom-and-pop shops, eagerly anticipate your presence for a day filled with exclusive discounts. Join in the spirit of supporting local businesses—let’s make this season a #ShopLocal celebration. All events are for November 25th unless noted otherwise.

Hackettstown’s Small Business Saturday
On Saturday, November 25, Small Business Saturday® takes center stage in Hackettstown, championing local enterprises in collaboration with American Express. The Hackettstown Business Improvement District encourages the community to Shop Small during the 2023 Holiday Season, showcasing exclusive deals from various businesses. From doorbusters at Berk’s Furniture to discounts at C & L Subs N Grub and a 35% off sale at Divine Kin, the town is brimming with specials. The Wheel of Chance at the BID Office offers a spin-to-win opportunity for BID Bucks and other prizes, with free parking provided by the Hackettstown Parking Authority to enhance the shopping experience. Holiday Music on Main Street, a book signing at LuLu’s Book Nook, and ongoing festivities extend the celebration through December 3rd, ensuring a joyous and shop-local holiday season in Hackettstown.

Washington Small Business Saturday Shopping Passport Event
Attendees should keep a watchful eye for the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus, who will be making rounds to local businesses between 10 am and 3 pm, offering photo opportunities with shoppers. Pocket Park will come alive with music and various festivities throughout the day. Generous contributions from several local businesses, including gift certificates, goodies, services, and more, have been assembled into a substantial prize basket valued at over $500. Shoppers have the chance to win this impressive prize, and the businesses contributing to the basket are the featured participants in the Small Business Saturday Shopping Passport.

Small Business Saturday Spectacular: Bloomfield Center Holiday Hunt
Scavenger Hunt encouraging shoppers to shop local this holiday season. Free tote bags, stocking stuffers, treats and warm drinks throughout the hunt. Live music, Santa, Ice Carving Demonstration, DIY ornament craft table, and holiday gift basket raffle at Six Points Plaza.

Downtown Cranford Small Business Saturday
Downtown Cranford invites everyone to join them on Small Business Saturday for a celebration of local shopping during this holiday season. With the generous support of Cranford’s business owners, there are thousands of dollars worth of prizes to be given away. Participants are encouraged to retain their receipts from local shopping starting Monday, 11/20, and bring them to Eastman Plaza on November 25th. For every $10 spent, attendees will receive a raffle ticket, offering them the opportunity to win enticing gift baskets provided by the businesses of Cranford.

Downtown Metuchen Small Business Saturday
Embark on a festive journey through the streets of the 2023 Great American Main Street Award-winning town this holiday season! Toms River Small Business Saturday
Show your love and support for local business and come out Saturday, Nov. 25th for Small Business Saturday. The Downtown Toms River Business Improvement District will be hosting a kick-off breakfast at The Downtown Shops @ 53 Main, 53 Main St. from 10am-12pm. Fuel up with some breakfast and then head out to tackle that holiday shopping list. Free 4 hour parking in the Irons Street lot, located behind The Wells Fargo Bank.

Fair Haven’s Small Business Saturday

On November 25th, the community is invited to visit Downtown Somerville and join in the celebration of Small Business Saturday. Attendees can participate in raffles, take advantage of special sales, and relax at the Small Business Saturday Lounge, where complimentary snacks, chair massages, live entertainment, and free gift wrapping courtesy of the Somerville Civic League await. The event is part of an effort to promote the “Shop Small” campaign, encouraging the community to support local businesses and dine in Downtown Somerville throughout the holiday season.

Red Bank Small Business Saturday
Think small and shop local on Small Business Saturday® and all season long. Visit many of your favorite Red Bank businesses for discounts and fun give-aways. Free shopping bags will be distributed throughout downtown (while supplies last). Free Parking throughout town all weekend! It’s a holiday shopping tradition, backed by American Express, that celebrates small businesses in towns similar to Red Bank. Red Bank RiverCenter office will be open for the sale of gift cards between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the big day.

SIC Shop Small Weekend
November 24 – 26

Experience Thanksgiving Weekend in the vibrant setting of Sea Isle City, NJ, and revel in the celebration of our distinct small businesses while accomplishing your holiday shopping goals! The SIC Shop Small Weekend is set to make its return from Nov. 24-26, 2023. Traverse the town as businesses extend deals, discounts, and warm hospitality, creating a festive atmosphere to kick off the holiday season. Shoppers who spend $25 or more at participating establishments on Saturday stand a chance to win an iPad Pro from the Chamber of Commerce, with the drawing happening live on Facebook at 5:30 pm. Take a break for lunch and dinner at your favorite restaurants, savoring the delights the holiday season brings.

Brunch Big, Shop Small
November 25 & 26

Celebrate the abundance of brunch and breakfast options in Downtown Haddonfield while supporting local businesses throughout the weekend. “Brunch Big, Shop Small” is a not-to-be-missed event during Small Business Weekend on Saturday, November 25, and Sunday, November 26. Early openings by Downtown Haddonfield merchants and special breakfasts or brunches at various restaurants await patrons. Additionally, parking is complimentary from Thanksgiving until New Year’s Day, adding to the convenience of the experience.

Uptown Pitman Small Business Weekend
Novemeber 25 & 26

Support the Pitman business community by shopping locally throughout the weekend! On Small Business Saturday, Borough Hall hosts the Pitman Bucks Sale from 10 am to 12 pm, where the GPCC offers bonus cash for purchases: $50 gets $70, $100 gets $140, and $150 gets $210 (maximum purchase per person). Pitman Bucks, redeemable at most Uptown Pitman businesses, make excellent gifts. The day includes Uptown Carriage Rides with storybook characters, music in Ballard Park, ribbon cuttings for new retailers, and a Holiday Happy Hour from 2 pm to 5 pm. An all-day Uptown Elf Scavenger Hunt adds to the festive atmosphere. On Parade Day Sunday, enjoy brunch or lunch at local restaurants, with music on Broadway from 12 pm to 3 pm, an Elf Scavenger Hunt throughout Pitman, and the Santa Parade down Broadway at 5 pm, followed by a Tree Lighting in Ballard Park.

Small Business Christmas
