Let Executive Chef Charles Lesbirel and his professional staff take care of the yuletide cooking on Christmas Eve and ring in the New Year with a sumptuous New Year’s Eve dinner.
Christmas Eve Dinner will be served from 5-10 p.m. Thursday, December 24 and New Year’s Eve Dinner will begin with reservations available from 5 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. For each night Chef Lesbirel will serve Ama’s award-winning Winter menu plus the following specials listed below. On both nights our main dining room with spectacular ocean views and our private dining room with cozy, wood burning fireplace will be available.
