Warren County Hot Air Balloons, Arts & Crafts Festival returns to Warren County Community College for two days of fun. In addition to balloon activities like daily Mass Hot Air Balloon Launches, the festival features arts & crafts, vendors, food trucks, children’s activities, musical entertainment and more.

26th Annual Spring Chester Craft Show
June 1 & 2, 10 am – 5 pm
Experience one of the top craft shows in the country with over 160 crafters! Discover a wonderful selection of hand made items including traditional craft, fine art, and country crafts. You will find a wonderful selection of antiques, crafts, clothing, jewelry, home furnishings and accessories, gourmet pet products, confections, and wonderful eateries. While in town, be sure to stroll through Historic Chester and visit over 80 unique shops and eateries which are just steps away from the show. Princeton Community Pride Picnic
May 31, 4:30 pm – 7 :30 pm
The Fourth Annual Princeton Community Pride Picnic will be held on May 31 from 4:30 to 7:30 PM at Hinds Plaza. Attendees will enjoy music, fun, food, and more. In case of rain, the event will move inside the library. Following the picnic, the festivities will continue with a Pride Dance Party at 7:30 PM across the street at the Arts Council of Princeton.

New Jersey Renaissance Faire

A Renaissance Faire is a unique and magical phenomenon with this event featuring the Brothers Grimm. There are six formal stages of entertainment with shows for the young and young-in-spirit, but truth be told, the entire Village of Crossford is a stage – and the show begins upon entering the castle gates! If you thought you would just sit through some droll rendition of a 16th century tale at the New Jersey Renaissance Faire, you are mistaken! Colorful characters, charming artists and playful scenes are all center stage during this year’s all-outdoor Faire. Walk through the gates and discover what many of us already know – the live interaction at this Faire is part of the fun! Keyport Garden Walk

The Keyport GardenWalk first started in 2012 and has quickly grown to be one of the top tourist attractions for the historic Borough of Keyport. The Keyport gardeners come together each year to create a peaceful retreat, a colorful oasis, a productive vegetable garden. They showcase their gardens and share their expertise and creativity. Thousands of visitors explore public and private gardens. They discover perennial gardens in charming neighborhoods and learn about the environmentally beneficial rain gardens along Keyport’s magnificent waterfront. Crafts in the Park

An exciting shopping experience awaits at the Crafts in the Park Show on Sunday, June 2, from 10 to 5 at picturesque Veterans Park, located at Broadway and 3rd Ave in Westwood, NJ. Visitors can browse the booths of 120 exhibitors from three states displaying a wide variety of arts and crafts. Sponsored by the Westwood Heritage Society and promoted by P.J.’s Promotions, the show features items such as folk art, jewelry, pottery, ceramic sculpture, fairy houses, stained and recycled glass, apparel, chainsaw carvings, decoupage, carpet bags, watercolors, paper tole, florals, tie-dye, mandala art, photography, quilts, charcuterie boards, pencil drawings, and birdhouses. Additional items include quilted denim jackets, wood planters, soaps, candles, wood puzzles, sports clocks, unique wood products, olive oils, dog treats, hooded towels, wood signs, resin, metal and shell art, crochet hanging planters, jeweled decorated flatware, one-of-a-kind wall art, and lighted bottles. SOMA Equality March and Youth Pride Kick off

The SOMA Equality March and Youth Pride Kick-Off is on June 2, 2024, from 11 AM to 2 PM. Starting at 10:30 AM at Ricalton Square and ending at Maplewood Town Hall, the march invites everyone to celebrate and support the LGBTQ+ community with vibrant decorations and spirited unity. Following the march, a Youth Pride Picnic will be held at 12:30 PM at The Gazebo on Springfield Ave, offering games, music, and picnic food in a festive atmosphere.

Jersey Pride LGBTQ+ Pride Festival
June 2, 12 pm – 7 pm
New Jersey’s Annual Statewide LGBTQ+ Pride Celebration will be held in-person on Sunday, June 2, 2024. It is the largest, and oldest, LGBTQ Pride Celebration in the garden state, with attendance under normal circumstances surpassing 20,000. The parade, passing through the center of host city and shore destination Asbury Park, has grown throughout the years. Floats, decorated vehicles, marching bands, and enthusiastic marchers are cheered on by spectators that line the parade route. Against a backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, and New Jersey’s famous boardwalk, national headliners and local artists share the rally stage for a six hour outdoor concert.

Spring Shedfest Raritan Headwaters Music Festival

This family-friendly music festival located on a beautiful wildlife preserve, features live music, kid’s activities, food trucks, and local craft beer & cider. Proceeds from this event benefit Raritan Headwaters, a nonprofit conservation organization protecting land and water.
