1. Now through August 3rd – Hudson Restaurant Week
Hudson County’s annual Summer restaurant week!

2. Every Weekend in August – Famous Food Market
A family friendly and free Foodie Market set on the water in Jersey City! The Famous Food Market features over 30 food vendors serving dishes from all over the world, local craft vendors, a farm to table tent, a beautiful beer and wine garden and some of the BEST VIEWS OF THE NYC SKYLINE EVER.

3. August 2nd – 5th – 24th Annual Highlands Clam Fest
Clam Fest is a four-day spectacular event featuring a 120’ seafood court serving the freshest food from many of Highlands’ restaurants. Other festival favorites include the Lions Club Funnel Cakes, and the Highlands Fire Department BBQ tent. A huge Beer and Wine Garden will be located on the corner of Waterwitch and Bay Avenues sponsored by Shore Point Distributing Company. Blue-sky Amusements will set up the midway with portions of Waterwitch and Bay Avenues closed to street traffic to accommodate the thrill rides, games of chance, specialty vendors and the succulent food court. Admission and parking is free, and the event takes place rain or shine.

4. August 2nd & 16th – Angelsea Night Market
Now in it’s Third Year, Anglesea Night Market fills the streets with delicious food trucks, amazing crafters, live music, family games and more. There are great drink and food options also in the bars and restaurants down Olde New Jersey Ave. There are so many great options you can’t go wrong!

5. August 3rd – Rutgers Gardens Peach Festival 
Want to learn more about Rutgers varieties of edible plants? Now’s your chance! This summer, Rutgers Gardens will be highlighting Rutgers varieties through a festival series. Their peach festival will highlight the Rutgers peach, through taste testing, cooking demonstrations, and so much more! Come taste the recipe chef Rachel Weston creates, paired with flavors from all of Rutgers Gardens’ vendors. The event will run from 11am to 3pm.

6. August 3rd – Bordentown Annual Pie and Ice Cream Social
Ice cream and pie social served on the porch of the Historic Friends Meeting House. Homemade desserts and beverages. The event runs from 6pm to 9pm

7. August 4th – Italian Festival & Wine Tasting
Bring your family and friends to savor delicious Italian food, listen to live music from Metropolitan Festival Band, visit Italian crafters, and enjoy a day of racing!

8. August 4th – 7th Annual Craft Beer & Crab Festival
Mark your calendar for the Seventh Annual event and come to the beautiful grounds of the Emlen Physick Estate for an all-day festival featuring local and regional craft beers to wash down favorite summer foods … steamed crabs, pulled pork, crab cakes, shrimp and hot dogs, as well as food from regional vendors.

9. August 4th – Corn, Tomato and Beer Festival
Mark your calendars – the Corn, Tomato and Beer Festival is back, and moving to Stangl Road. The festival will be Saturday, August 4th (rain date August 5th) from 12 noon to 8pm. Great food, live music, fun and games for the whole family… and of course, New Jersey’s finest corn and tomatoes!

10. August 4th & 5th – Just Peachy Festival at Terhune Orchards
Celebrate Jersey Fresh and one of our state’s favorite fruits by joining us for Terhune Orchard’s annual Just Peachy Festival on August 4 & 5, 10am to 5pm. The weekend will be filled with plenty of activities for kids, including a ride through the orchards on their tractor-drawn wagons, pony rides, face painting, games and barnyard fun.

11. August 4th – 12th – Bloomfield Restaurant Week
The 7th Annual Bloomfield Restaurant Week will showcase “what’s cooking” in Bloomfield, New Jersey’s local culinary scene with more than 25 restaurants sharing fan favorites and new offerings. Taking place from Saturday, Aug. 4th through Sunday, Aug. 12th, more than 25 of Bloomfield’s finest restaurants will offer lunch and/or dinner prix fixe menus costing $30 or less, not including drinks, tax and tips.

12. August 4th, 17th, & 18th – Savor and Stroll Culinary Tours
Savor and Stroll Culinary Tours will take you through the heart of Morristown, NJ eating all the way. Savor and Stroll was started by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Kathleen Carozza. Kathleen believes food should nourish the mind, body and soul. Your tour starts at 1:30 and continues through the historic streets of Morristown with samplings from a total of six restaurants and food shops in town. Come hungry! All food is included.The tour is approximately 3 – 3 1/4 hours.

13. August 5th –  A Very Berry Festival
Prepare to dig into all things berry at this annual family festival, where the town’s seniors tempt you to stop counting calories with their delicious homemade recipes. There are strawberry shortcakes, berry pies and all sorts of other sweets to go with the theme.

14. August 5th – 15th – Hopewell Restaurant Week
Hopewell Restaurant Week is back again! With ten of the area’s most delicious eateries participating, this year is sure to be ‘the most delicious week in Hopewell. The event will run from August 5 through August 15 with hours, cost and menus varying by location.

15. August 8th – 12th – Italian Festival of Ocean Township
This five day Italian Festival annually attracts over 100,000 people with a taste for traditional Italian foods and wholesome family fun. Opens 5:00 PM Daily until 11:00 PM

16. August 11th & 12th – Bellview Winery’s Seafood Festival
On August 11th and 12th, cast your line and sip some wine at Bellview Winery’s annual Seafood Festival, their biggest festival of the year! Showcasing local seafood vendors, live music, wine tasting, sangria, and craft vendors, the Seafood Festival is a great way to unwind with family and friends. Food vendors this year include Star of the Sea Seafood, The Runaway Chefs, I Got Crabs n’ Some Seafood, Jonathan’s Harbor, Jay’s Crabshack, and Topshelf Mobile Cuisine, among others. The event runs from 12pm to 5pm daily

17. August 11th – 19th – Cherry Hill Restaurant Week
Mayor Chuck Cahn and the members of Township Council are pleased to once again present one of Cherry Hill’s premier events, featuring nine days of incredible deals at some of Cherry Hill’s finest eateries.From August 11 to 19, 2018, guests will enjoy specially selected, 3-course dinner menus for either $25, $35 or $40 per person. Several restaurants will also offer a 2-course lunch menu for $15 or $20.

18. August 12th – 16th – South River Restaurant Week
Take advantage of great Food and great Deals in the Borough. This year, their event will run from Sunday, August 12 through Thursday, August 16.

19. August 18th – Chester Food Truck & Music Festival
Food! Beer! Music! Fun! New Jersey foodies, eat your hearts out! It’s a fun filled family day! Over 25 Gourmet Food Trucks, partnered with some incredible bands, make for an enchanting and fulfilling Spring day. Bring your appetite, lawn chairs, pups and blankets. Dine on excellent food, while enjoying the beer and sangria garden along with the amazing sounds. Face painting and a 50/50. Event is a Benefit for Chester First Aid Squad & Chester/Mendham Food Pantry.

20. August 18th – Egg Harbor City’s 1st Food Truck & Beer Garden Festival
The EHCEDC is sponsoring Egg Harbor City’s 1st Food Truck & Beer Garden Festival on Saturday, August 18th from 3-9 pm. There will be live music all day including a special Elvis Tribute by “Gentleman Jim” and the Bands Quasimodos Bride, Lick My Soul, Nick Noto, Cynthia Waters and others.

21. August 19th– Red Bank Food & Wine Walk
Red Bank’s walkable downtown district is home to an array of upscale restaurants and casual eateries that will appeal to your palate. Explore picturesque Red Bank on the third Sunday of the month while enjoying food and/or beverage samples from participating restaurants, bars & eateries.

22. August 23rd –  Swedesboro’s Food Truck Thursdays
Food Truck Thursdays is your chance to head to the Swedesboro Auction Park (located near the corner of Locke Ave and Fow Ave) and enjoy some tasty food and drink from a variety of area food trucks and vendors! Free parking is available. This is a family friendly foodie event! There will be some games and background music to enjoy as you dig in!

23. August 25th – Morristown Food Truck Fest
Be a part of the 1st Annual Morristown Food Truck Fest! The event will feature lots of food trucks and vendors, as well as games and activities for children. Whether you want to grab a quick snack or bring the whole family and stay for the live music, this event has something for everyone!
Trucks include: Glazed and Confused Donuts, Cas’ Pierogis and Keilbasa, Amanda Bananas, Ma & Pa’s Tex Mex BBQ, Thai Food Addict, Jammin’ Crepes, Angry Archies Crab Cakes, Cupcake Carnivale, Pizza Vita, Sterling Soda, Bro-Ritos, and many more!
The event is a fundraiser for Homeless Solutions of Morristown.

24. August 25th – Riverfront Food Truck Festival
Go on a foodie adventure, with bites from some of NJ|NY|PA best food trucks. Join for a day full of food, boat tours, Interactive gaming, The NY Red Bulls freestyle crew, live DJ’s & shop local vendors!

25. August 26th – Food Truck On The Ave
The 2nd Annual Food Trucks on the Ave. will return to Vineland NJ this summer. 10,000 people came out to the first one and we will have even more delicious food for you to try this year. There will be more than 15 food trucks, crafters, kid games, live music, and more.

26. August 26th – Peach and Butterfly Celebration at Sickles Market
Sickles Market loves a party! Especially when it celebrates good food, good gardening, and giving back to the community. Their Peach & Butterfly Festival features all things delicious & peachy plus their annual butterfly release!

27. August 26th – 30th – Wildwood by the Sea Restaurant Week
