Top Ten New Jersey Events for the Weekend:

New Jersey Boat Sale & Expo – Feb 16th – 19th
The New Jersey Boat Sale & Expo and the Jersey Shore Boat Sale & Expo are produced by the Marine Trades Association of New Jersey (MTA/NJ). The MTA/NJ is a non-profit trade organization comprised of over 300 marine related businesses dedicated to promoting, protecting and advancing the recreational marine industry and waterways in the State of New Jersey.

Summit Winter Farmer’s Market – Feb 18th

NJCB Winter Cask Fest at Harvest Moon – Feb 18th
The second annual Winter Cask Fest is happening on February 18, 2017. Come on out for a pay as you go #NJ cask festival with small pours and large pours.This year NHCB is partnering up with New Jersey Highlands Coalition to donate a portion of the proceeds to protect our NJ water sources.

37th Annual Marion Thompson Wright Lecture Series – Feb 18th
ssues of civil and human rights, housing and gentrification, and health and income inequalities in American cities will be in sharp focus as the thirty-seventh annual Marion Thompson Wright Lecture Series (MTW) invites a wide-ranging discussion of the last half-century of black urban history. The annual Black History Month conference will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the Paul Robeson Campus Center on the campus of Rutgers University-Newark.

Laurita Winterfest – Feb 18th & 19th

Wine and Chocolate Weekends at Terhune Orchards – Feb 18, 19, Mar 4, 5

The Foodshed Alliance Farmers’ Access Network is pleased to partner with the Morris School District and Sustainable Morristown to run this market, bringing healthy locally produced food to area residents!

Washington’s Birthday Celebration – Feb 19th
The Centennial of the young nation’s first great hero inspired great celebration among early 19th century Americans.They gathered to offer toasts to George Washington and other important figures of the day. They also held balls, complete with cake and dancing. On Sunday, February 19th, the Dey Mansion will celebrate Washington’s Birthday weekend in the exact same spirit!
Visitors can take part in a salute to George Washington, eat cake, and learn more about the country’s first president. Special appearances will be made by New Jersey’s local militia. The day will also be filled with 18th century dancing, music, demonstrations, and crafters.
