Winter Carnival and Market – December 20th – 24th
4th Street Arts, JC Oddities Market and Rock-it Docket present a WINTER CARNIVAL AND MARKET. A four day market with nightly live music, events and surprises. Great Grub, Heady Brews, and amazing gifts by Artists, Makers, Collectors, and Creators.

Sea of Lights at Jenkinson’s Aquarium – December 22nd & 23rd

Christmas Light Show Hayrides – December 20th – 23rd

Skylands Stadium Christmas Lights Show – December 20th – 23rd
Experience a spectacular Christmas Light Show at Skylands Stadium! Drive through a 1-mile course of breathtaking displays set to joyous holiday music. They will have more than 2 MILLION LIGHTS for your viewing pleasure.

Storybook Land’s Christmas Fantasy with Lights – December 20th – 23rd
Storybook Land hosts this fabulous holiday celebration, with Santa himself illuminating the lights. This magnificent display features over one millions lights! Children can visit Mr. & Mrs. Claus until December 23rd, when it’s time for them to return to the North Pole. All rides, attractions and snack bars are also open during this time.

Turtle Back Zoo Holiday Lights – December 20th – 23rd
About 50 animal and holiday-themed figures will light up the winter night in Turtle Back Zoo and the surrounding Essex County South Mountain Recreation Complex. Over 100,000 lights will illuminate figures of bears, tigers and elephants, along with holiday lights designed to look like wooden soldiers, stars and winter scenes. Several animal exhibits will be open, including the Sea Lion Sound, Essex Farm, Tam-ring Gibbons Reserve, Tropical Currents Aquarium and the Reptile Building. Myrtle the Turtle, the mascot of Turtle Back Zoo, and several of his winter friends will be on hand to greet visitors at the Zoo. “Selfies” with Santa Claus and a mailbox where children can send letters to Santa Clause at the North Pole will be available each night until December 23rd.

Bergen County’s Winter Wonderland – December 22nd – 24th
Bergen County’s Winter Wonderland at Van Saun Park is northern New Jersey’s premier winter event featuring open air ice skating, a kids zone ice rink, hospitality tent, children’s games and activities, unlimited carousel rides, zoo events, food trucks an indoor/outdoor beer garden and the Bergen County Express Train Ride!
