The Time to Eat Diner in Bridgewater: Review

I’ve been wanting to check out the Time to Eat Diner for a while, mainly because it looks so friendly from the highway.

Located between Route 202 and 206 in Bridgewater, the Time to Eat Diner is a fairly large diner with a very large menu.

Inside the diner is beautiful and looks modern and new. And their wait staff dresses sharply too!

The Time to Eat Diner makes it into the top 5 for largest diner menus in New Jersey. They literally have everything!  It took a while to read through the entire menu and made it very difficult to make a decision on what to eat.

Here’s an idea of what the diner offers food wise…

For breakfast you can have your average diner meals, or you can upgrade to something unique like sweet potato pancakes, country fried steak with two eggs, and the mashed potato omelette.

The rest of their menu has everything from pizza to hot dogs, Greek specials, Italian specials, Seafood, and a ridiculous amount of sandwiches. They also have fancy burgers like the Greek Stuffed Feta Burger, Kobe Beef, and a Burger Melt. You can also find a list of Polish specialties like pierogies, stuff cabbage, and kielbasa.

Eventually I decided to get something that I found to be the most interesting diner offer…a “Fat Cat” sandwich. Yes, the Time to Eat Diner offers fat sandwiches combining all your favorite appetizers and meats into one meal.

I decided to get the “Fat Juan”, which had grilled chicken, mozzarella sticks, and fries on a hard roll. Since it had grilled chicken I tried to convince myself it was healthy.

Overall, the Time to Eat Diner is definitely in my top diner list because of their delicious food options, affordable prices, great customer service…and….

a free cookie to take home!
