Founded in 2000 by Caren and Herbert Ford, the New Jersey Jewish Film Festival has become one of the premier Jewish cultural events in the state. Enthusiastic MetroWest audiences anticipate the annual festival that offers the best of Israeli, American and international films of Jewish interest. As the festival has grown, so too has the number of high caliber Jewish-related films.  We promise a roster of first-run offerings that are nothing short of remarkable and, best of all, you can see enjoy them close to home! These are films that have not been shown in commercial theatres or on television. We also offer post screening discussions with the insightful speakers and commentators, including scholars, actors and directors. In addition to its two-week spring run, the festival offers several film programs at other times of the year, including the Reel Series and extra!. The festival offers many exciting opportunities to explore the breadth of the Jewish experience through cultural events that enrich the lives of thousands.
