Diner Round Up – King Arms Diner in Belford

While I was in the Middletown/Atlantic Highlands area I decided to check out the King Arms Diner in Belford with friends.

The diner itself is a decent size and it’s somewhat modern looking. They had leather looking menus which made it feel kind of majestic.

My friend got the lumberjack breakfast special full of pancakes, eggs, meat etc. It looked really good, so I had to take a picture. (Eggs not pictured)

I decided to go on the healthier breakfast side and got a veggie omelette with tomatoes instead of homefries. It was really good but I definitely had diner envy looking at my friend’s plates. I did get to try one of their fries and it was quite delicious.

Oh! I also got a matzoh ball soup but I was so hungry I ate it immediately. Sorry, no picture! You can see all my other matzoh ball soup pictures in other reviews and on instagram!

One tidbit I felt I should share is that if you plan on going to First Avenue Playhouse to go to this diner for dinner. They do a special with the playhouse including a 3 course meal, tickets to the show and dessert. It’s a really good deal.

I definitely recommend this diner. The food was great and it came out quickly! What more could you ask for?
