A Beer Pairing Experience at Redz Restaurant in Mt. Laurel
Located inside the Double Tree Suites in Mt Laurel(515 Fellowship Road) conveniently located off Exit 4 on the NJ Turnpike, Redz Restaurant is known for using locally sourced in-season ingredients to make creative spins on menu items you know and love.
Redz Restaurant gets high marks on my list of New Jersey restaurants due to their beer pairing menu with local NJ breweries. During my visit they were doing a beer pairing menu with Kane Brewing, located in Ocean Twp.
The beer pairing menu featured food items infused with three of their beers (Head High, Over Head, and Sneak Box). You could also order the beer in a flight or in pints.
I decided to get their Cheddar and Beer soup which was infused with Sneak Box beer (An American Pale Ale). I had never had a beer infused soup before, it was really interested (and super filling). The bacon mixed in was pretty sweet too…
If you’re a big craft beer fan, especially a fan of local NJ beers, you can find plenty at the Redz bar. I was really impressed how many New Jersey beers they had on tap! Be sure to keep up with Redz for their next beer pairing menu!
If you’re not looking for beer or beer infused food, Redz has plenty to choose from! They have plenty of appetizers, salads, steak, entrees, and homemade soups. They also have a full wine and cocktail list, sangria, and their bartender makes a special cocktail of the week. (Try their margarita, it’s delicious)

and their tempura butternut squash! Have you ever had something like this? I doubt it! Such a creative dish!
And don’t forget dessert! Their house made bread pudding is AMAZING. I’m still thinking about it as I write this article…
